Worthy brothers, I hope you all had an enjoyable summer despite the blistering heat we had to endure! Since the beginning of the 2025–26 fraternal year, we have brought eight new members into our council: Pat Fox, Daniel Kujawa, Terry Laprad, Brad Marin, David Needham, Zach Provencher, Gregory Prusaitis and Philip Roussey. Please welcome these new Knights as we continue to grow in the service of our community. On July 23, we had 13 members of our council serve lunch to the children at Holiday Camp. What a rewarding experience that was for each of us! Thank you to those who stepped up to help with this important community event. Our 2nd annual Comedy Night was held on September 13th. What an incredibly fun night we had as we were entertained by Christy Conder and Tim Steele – two superb comedians. This has proven to be a worthwhile fundraiser for our council and is destined to be a great tradition for years to come. By the time of this publication, we will have had our fall MI/Tootsie Roll Drive at our five parishes. Funds raised from this event will go toward the St. Andre Bessette Inclusion Program at St. Mary Catholic Central. If you haven’t made your donation to this cause, it’s never too late. The annual Past Grand Knight / Clergy Appreciation Dinner will be held on December 13th at the K of C Hall. Invitations will be forthcoming. All are welcome to attend this festive event and visit with our Faith leaders and our past council leaders. Our second annual New Years Eve Party is also in the works. Mark your calendars and plan to join us for a fun night of music, dancing and friendship. Lady Jennifer and I would like to wish each of you a safe and faith-filled upcoming Holiday Season when we thank God for our continued blessings and rejoice in the celebration of His birth.
